Large files, videos & clinical history — how to send them
Clinical history transfer
If you are transferring from another vet, please send your pet's clinical history to [email protected] before your first appointment. History must arrive before your appointment — not on the day.
Videos & large files
Videos of your pet moving, imaging files or large clinical records can be sent via our secure file upload page. No account needed. Include your pet's name and your contact details in the message field.

Smaller files — PDFs, photos, standard documents — can be emailed directly to [email protected]. Please include your pet's name in the subject line.
