A dedicated dental suite and surgical theatre, in-house hospitalisation, a full in-house laboratory, digital radiography and a team of experienced vets and nurses. Vaccinations
Primary courses for puppies and kittens, annual boosters and kennel cough. For dogs and cats. Titre testing available for those who prefer that option.
Consultations
Unhurried appointments with a familiar vet who knows your pet — their history, their quirks, their previous treatment. We take the time to listen, examine thoroughly and answer every question.
Health & wellness checks
Thorough nose-to-tail examinations at every life stage — catching small changes early, keeping your pet well, and giving you peace of mind.
Nurse clinics
Weight management, nail trims, post-operative checks and ongoing support between vet visits — led by our experienced veterinary nursing team.
Microchipping
Quick, permanent identification — a legal requirement for dogs and cats in the UK. Easily done during a routine appointment.
Puppy & kitten care
A complete start for new arrivals — first vaccinations, microchipping, parasite protection and neutering advice, with all your early questions answered in one place.
Diagnostics
In-house diagnostics — results the same day
Digital X-ray, ultrasound, echocardiography and full blood analysis — all on site. We don't send samples away for routine results. In most cases we have answers before you leave.
In-house diagnostics
Full haematology, biochemistry, urinalysis and cytology — results the same day in most cases. No waiting days for answers.
Digital X-ray
High-resolution digital radiography for orthopaedic, chest and abdominal imaging. Dedicated dental X-ray in our dental suite.
Surgery
Operating theatre and dental suite, with advanced anaesthetic monitoring throughout. Neutering, soft tissue and orthopaedic surgery.
Dental care
Scale and polish, extractions from minor to complex, dental X-ray in our dedicated dental theatre. Fixed pricing with additional discount for PWP members.
Parasite protection
Flea, tick and worm treatment appropriate for your pet's size, age and lifestyle. Faecal worm egg counts as an evidence-based approach.
Health screening
Age-appropriate blood panels, urine analysis and blood pressure monitoring for senior pets. Catching problems early — before they become serious.
Nutrition consultations
In-depth dietary assessment and planning — raw, home-cooked, kibble, prescription diets. Tailored to your pet's species, breed, age, health conditions and lifestyle.
Medication & prescriptions
We dispense medication directly on site for most treatments. Written prescriptions are available if you prefer to use an online pharmacy. The first item on a written prescription is £22; each additional item is £17.

Arrival
Welcomed by our client care team. Dogs go to the main waiting area, cats directly to our dedicated cat-only space.
The consultation
Your vet takes time to listen first. A thorough examination follows — unhurried and at your pet's pace.
Discussion & plan
Your vet explains findings clearly, discusses options and agrees a plan with you. Every question answered before you leave.
Follow-up
Your next appointment is booked, or a plan made for when to next check in. Your invoice is clear and itemised.
