Questions about our prices
How much does a consultation cost?
A standard consultation is £60, a recheck consultation is £50, and a nurse consultation is £35. For Pet Wellness Plan members, routine consultations are included in the plan.
Are your prices really fixed?
Yes — every price published on this page is fixed and includes VAT, with no hidden charges. What you see is what you pay.
Do Pet Wellness Plan members pay less?
Yes — where you see a PWP price, that is the member rate for clients on our Pet Wellness Plan (£30/month). Consultations, vaccinations and parasite protection are included in the plan entirely, and treatments such as dentals carry a discounted member price.
Can I get a written prescription instead of buying medication from you?
Yes — we dispense most medication from our on-site pharmacy, but you are always entitled to a written prescription if you would prefer to use an online pharmacy. A written prescription is £22 for the first item and £17 for additional items.
When do I pay?
Payment is due at the time of treatment or when you collect your pet or their medicines, unless a payment plan such as the Pet Wellness Plan has been agreed in advance.
