Tell us which of your pets needs what, and we'll get it checked by a vet. Please allow up to 48 hours — we'll email you as soon as it's ready to collect.

For our registered clients. Before we can dispense repeat medication, one of our vets needs to know your pet and have their records to hand — so this form is for pets already registered with us. Not registered yet? Ring us on 0131 516 2499 and we'll be glad to help.

Everything to do with this request comes by email — your confirmation now, and the message telling you the prescription is ready. We no longer send texts. If this address is new or has changed, ring us on 0131 516 2499 so we can update your record first.

Please give the postcode we hold for you — it's how we make sure we're looking at the right pet's records.

Your pets & medication

Every request is checked by a vet before anything is dispensed. Depending on the medication and your pet's treatment plan, we may need to see them in person first — we'll ring you if that's the case. Please don't stop any current medication while you wait.

We'll let you know by email when it's ready, so please keep an eye on your inbox — and check your junk folder if you've not heard from us.
